Ben Troupe
Ben Troupe is a former professional NFL player who was a tight endfor five seasons in the National Football League(NFL) during the early 2000s. Troupe played college football for the Florida Gators, earning All-american honors in 2003. He was a second-round pick in the 2004 draft pick and played professionally for the Tennessee Titans and Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL.
In addition to being a regular contributor on “The Blonde Blitz” he has his own show on “That Sports Podcast Network” show “No Weddings In the Fall” . He also is currently a regular weekly guest on B.J. Bennett's "Afternoon Drive" radio show on Wednesdays between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. The show is broadcast on ESPN Radio 103.7 FM – 790 AM from Brunswick, Georgia.

Shay Holland
Shay Holland is a TV host, journalist and interior designer who gained global recognition on HGTV helping homeowners fix wrecked remodels. She hosts a sports-inspired design segment on The Blonde Blitz/The Sports Podcast Network spotlighting NFL players involved in architecture, interior design and real estate. She is the CEO of her own LA based interior design studio whose client roster includes professional athletes, tech moguls and celebrities. She regularly forecasts design trends in Forbes, Real Simple, Real Homes and more.

Alex White
Alexandra(Alex) White is a third-generation sports bettor with a strong academic and professional background. She holds an undergraduate degree in kinesiology and earned a master’s degree in journalism and media studies from UNLV. Alex began her broadcasting career in 2013, reporting from the sidelines of Thursday night prep football games for a local TV station. By 2016, she had expanded her role in sports entertainment, teaming up with Kenny in the booth as the on-field emcee for the Las Vegas Triple-A baseball team’s home games. In 2023, Alex took on a new challenge as co-host of the South Point's daily "Sports by the Book" show alongside Jeff Parles.

Todd Doram
Todd Marcel Doram is a standup comic and producer from Los Angeles California, and performs in Hollywood and across the countr . He grew playing football in an era where shoulder pads were huge and "unnecessary roughness" penalties were infrequent. His credentials as a former Division 3 football player give him permission to talk about NFL athletes on the Blonde Blitz (Todd wrote this, the NFL has yet to approve it.)
